Science Investigations for the Classroom - Book 3 Cover

Science Investigations for the Classroom - Book 3

Developing students' measuring and data collecting skills for any research topic

With its focus on data collecting skills, Book 3 gives direction on how to measure the standard units of distance, time, temperature, heat, light intensity, mass, volume and even atoms. The activities in this adaptable resource allow you to link maths, statistics and science in your teaching pedagogy. At the same time, their diverse and down-to-earth approach will enthuse students to pursue their science learning. Some activities have students finding out more about today's science from past discoveries - What factors help people make new discoveries? How did the periodic table come to be?
