Phillip W. Simpson has been a primary school teacher for over ten years. He has had more than 50 children’s books published, both fiction and non-fiction, as well as numerous articles, short stories and teaching resources for the education sectors in New Zealand, Australia and the rest of the world. He has a Masters (Hons) degree as well as post-graduate qualifications in teaching (primary) and education and professional development. He teaches and writes in Auckland where he lives with his wife, son and two border terriers.
