ICT Communique
This book offers teachers an opportunity to integrate ICT while choosing their own "pace and space”. It includes fun, easy, curriculum-appropriate tutorials for teachers and students using a Mac and offers a variety of suggestions for integrating ICT, ranging from computer based to online activities. Photocopiable worksheets which can be either teacher-mediated or used directly by children leading their own learning are also provided.

Nicky Klinkert
Nicky Klinkert is passionate about using ICT to make learning engaging, relevant and meaningful. For the last six years she has successfully taught students in Years 3 to 6 about the digital environment. Supported by her postgraduate degree with a major in e-learning, Nicky really understands the theories behind teaching and learning in this key area of learning in the 21st century. She lives in Bay of Plenty, New Zealand with her husband and two teenage children.
