Pam SchillerDr Pam Schiller is a freelance author and consultant on education in the early years. She is the former vice president of the Early Childhood Division at McGraw-Hill Materials/McGraw-Hill Publishers, and is past president of the Southern Early Childhood Association and Texas Association for the Education of Young Children. She served as head of the Early Childhood Department at the University of Houston, where she also directed the Lab School. A highly sought-after speaker, Pam has given presentations to a wide range of organisations, including the Association for Childhood Education International and the International Reading Association. She is the author of 5 early childhood curricula, 11 children’s books, more than 30 teacher and parent resource books, and many articles for early childhood journals. She lives in Cypress, Texas in the USA.
