Strategies for Spelling

Open up a world of words. Strategies to Spell introduces an effective spelling programme founded on four strategies that students can learn to use and flick between as they become adaptable, successful spellers. It also encourages a sense of purpose in learning to spell by including words students will need in a range of curriculum areas. There are fun and practical ideas for teaching the strategies and a guided teaching component as a key to getting results in a balanced spelling programme.
