Moving Forward with Thinking

Strategies to support student thinking

If students are to gain the most from their lives, they need to practise and become proficient at the skills of thinking clearly, logically, creatively, critically and reflectively. Moving Forward with Thinking provides a range of tools and strategies to support students in developing their thinking and thereby to maximise learning opportunities across the curriculum. It builds on the first book in this series, Getting Ready for Thinking, which helps to establish a classroom structure and environment that support students to think and learn.
