Growing up close to nature near Seattle, Washington, USA, Patsy Blackstock (BA, MA/ABS, Dip Tchg) became a passionate environmentalist in 1971 with the launch of the first Earth Day. She has worked in northeast Scotland helping to develop the Global Eco-village Network. She taught for four years in Steiner Education and now focuses on environmental education for sustainability in the primary sector.
